Shelley Y. Simms is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Xponance, Inc., an asset management firm headquartered in Philadelphia. In addition to her work with the Byerschool Foundation, Shelley serves as independent trustee of the City National Rochdale Funds and an independent director of 1^st Colonial Community Bank (OTC: FCOB), where she serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees.  Shelley received her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School, where she was a Supervising Editor of the Harvard Law Review and her BA from Brown University where she majored in English and American Literature, and received departmental honors.
