Ellen is an entrepreneur with 30 years of experience conceptualizing, growing, and managing technology-related companies. Ellen is the Founder of Results Repeat, which is perennially listed as one of the best places to work by the Philadelphia Business Journal and has appeared on the Inc 5000 and Philadelphia100 lists of fastest-growing companies numerous times.

Ellen is also a Founder of 4 Walls, Inc., creator of the Respage brand, which is also frequently recognized as a best place to work by the National Apartment association and locally and also has made multiple appearances on the Inc 5000 and Philadelphia100 lists. Respage helps multifamily owners and property managers use AI to generate leads, automate leasing and resident communication, and improve retention. Ellen was previously the CEO of Know It All, a leading skills testing company, which she sold and is now part of IBM.

Ellen has been honored as one of Pennsylvania’s Best Women in Business, has appeared on the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list, was honored by Main Line Today as a Woman on the Move and is a Smart CEO Brava award winner. She is also listed in the Philadelphia 100 Hall of Fame. 4 Walls was recognized in 2024 as the 20th largest majority women-owned companies in the Philadelphia area.

Ellen is an active volunteer and serves on the Boards of the Russell Byers Charter School Foundation, PACT for Animals, and Philadelphia Skating Club & Humane Society.

Ellen has a B. S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where she concentrated in Entrepreneurial Management and Political Science. She lives in Philadelphia with her son, and in her spare time, likes to figure skate.
